Tabbed first post for different language
 

Hello,

On my forum I regularly publish articles in multiple languages. I had been using wordpress but decided to move to just using the forum for the postings. The problem is that it looks unprofessional to have one language, then a line break and then another language for the same article all in the same post. What I'd like is two tabs, one for each language contained in the first post. I figure that there would be a text entry box for each language at thread creation.

Does something like this exist?
