Play youtube playlist in CMS widget

Can anyone assist in creating a widget that will play a playlist from youtube for the front page?

I have created a simple static HTML page which allows a single youtube file to play - but when I adapted it to use the youtube URL (which has the &playlistetc.etc in it) it stops functioning.

Any help pls?
