two permissions problems

Hello,

I have just purchased vbulletin 4 suite and installed it. I notice 2 problems.

Attachment upload doesnt work (can't upload, probably permission error). What folder should I chmod?

Also the sitemap has same issue:

The directory the sitemap files are to be written into is not writeable. Please change the permissions on the path to be writeable by the web server or enter a different path in the sitemap options.

Problems with the default vb should probably be addressed at vbulletin.com. Anyway, the manual is still relevant re: attachments. You can just put the sitemap in images/sitemap .
