Any mods using a dynamic subnav?
 

I'm trying to figure out how to create a subnav menu, with links that vary depending on those supplied by an external php file.

Are there any mods available that already do this, so I can have a look to see how it's been achieved?

I've already had a look through the mods (and read everything I could find via a search about navbar mods), but I'd rather not waste hours trying different mods, so if anybody can suggest a suitable mod or two, I'd be very grateful.
