Latest patch revision issues

I installed the latest patch revision two nights ago to take our board to the latest patch level for vB4. The board admin contacted me today stating she could no longer administer FlashChat in the adminCP. There was another of other area that was not available to us, the tab administration area.

Has anyone had this issue with the latest patch revision. I have only worked with vB for a few months, any advise or direction is appreciated.
