Is anybody working on a Bug Tracker?

I know there are millions of posts about it, and before you start thinking: 'Why the hell do you make a topic about it then?' I'd like to say that this is because there is no real Topic about it yet, is there? :P

Well, I think many people are waiting for a 'vBulletin 4.0.x Bug Tracker'.

I just want to ask if someone is developing this already or if anyone wants to do this.
