I would like a critical eye to take a look at it. If anyone has any good ideas to spice it up a bit, that would be great!

I think the logo could use a bit more colour in it, with maybe an image or two. It just seems to have a lot of empty space around it. The green background clashes a little with the rest of the site too, stick more with the blue and pink theme. I'd ditch the 'lock' icons as well, never really understood the point of those.

The home page doesn't offer much besides a re-arrangement of what's on the forum. Maybe make the news more prominent, or add some widgets that make it more interesting. Same goes for the empty space on the forum right hand side.

Other than that it's good, hope it works out

Thanks for replying! I was hoping someone with a critical eye would take a look at it. I just recently added the new posts box which moved the forum over the left. I hope to create a blog box and then maybe add a view banner links below that. I will also get rid of the lock boxes. I'll work on the green as well. Thanks!

First thing I think of - with the pink colors, your targeting only women members. Men have this thing with "pink", its a girly color. I just can not see telling my buddies that I visit a pink forum.

The favicon is a little odd looking for the topic.

Meta keywords and meta description are still default

I am targetting only women members, so the pink is good. Although I will say that the colors are not my fave either. I'm still trying to figure that one out. I'm not good at it.

I didn't even think about the favicon. I will have to rectify that. Same with the meta description. I'll also take of that.
