How to change the link of Home in navbar
 
Hi, guys

I want to use 2 different sub-domains for Forum and CMS individually.
For example, the CMS Home is career.jobbole.com
the Forum Home is forum.jobbole.com

Now, the default link of Home in navbar and brearcrumb in CMS is: forum.jobbole.com/content.php
I want to modify it to another link: career.jobbole.com. So when I view an arctile in CMS, the URL should be like career.jobbole.com/content.php/118

And I'd modified the template of navbar, tried to input the URL directly in template files but failed.

any ideas and hints are appreciated. :)
