Removing Google Ad Client

I need help removing Google Ad Client off of my forum. I did not put it there and I don't know where it came from and it is not my publisher ID number. It only shows up when I click on a post and it takes a long time for my page to load because it is searching for the doubleclick site. I don't know where to go to remove the script.

Also I don't know how much I need to remove so I don't damage my site. My website is toptieroil.com/forums and you have to click on a post to notice the problem. It will be right below the description and above the actual posting. On firefox it leaves white space, on IE it gives me an error code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
