latest threads based on [prefix]

hello ,
well , i think this is really nice idea,

we all have latest threads Mods ,

BUT , what if we have some good threads like ,
ex threads with prefix [special]

so if we want to dispaly latest 10 threads with prefix [special] in header .

i think it is easy to make , right ?

any one can help ?
