Where is VB4 Raw Code?

Hi I want to customize my CSS and XHTML. I can find these through the CP but I want to find the raw files and load them into dreamweaver to do my changes. Where can I find these within the 'upload' folder?

Also where are the sql database files stored?

I'd like to understand how to edit this variable. I'd like to change the output of {vb:raw activeusers}. No clue where to find it.
