new install on 4.0.2 - page title is missing
 
when i go to http://myforumurl.com/forum/arcade.php

the title of the page is blank.

The page title is set in the Arcade Main Settings.

same problem here and the page title is already set in the ACP to %FORUMNAME% - %IBPRO% - %ACTION% which is the default setting.
