Regarding upgrading to V 4.0.2, three important questions need instruction

Yesterday, I upgraded my V 4.0 directly to V 4.0.2 (omitted 4.0.1) .
1. The process seems successful, but at the bottom of the main page it shows "Powered by vBulletin Version 4.0.1" not V4.0.2. I don't know why it is not 4.0.2. Are they the same?

2. After upgrading, the head logo image I changed before to link to my website main page lost the link function. I went to ACP Common Templates to change the code there, no matter what I put there and save it doesn't work, I even can not delete the image.

3. The same thing happened when I want to change the font of Title / Thread Starter lists, I can't do nothing about it. I went to Style Variable, don't know where to locate the right place to do it. I tried many such as big font, small font ... but doen't work, no change at all.

Hope can get help from any expert here. Thanks in advance.
