forum blocks thumbnail not showing up (image included)
 
how come thumbnail images aren't showing up in the forum block other them the admin.

how can i fix this

here is a pic

as you can see these avatar thumbnails or images the only one you can see is the admin.

why can't i see the other users avatar image ,

this is taken from a forum block that i put on the forums page
