vb.org Archive - Strange error in header

So a couple weeks ago I bought the VB4 Forums edition. All went well including the install. Yesterday I broke down and upgraded to the full suite including the CMS. I preformed the install as you would an upgrade by replacing the files and running upgrade.php. That also went well however I have this error at the top of the CMS page.
