1. a variable called "$thumbnail" which, if a post contains an image attachment, displays a thumbnail of that image. preferably on the fly

2. a postcard script, so that you can click on any attached image and "send it as a postcard" to someone.

3. message icons breaking away to a new window like the smilies do, after a certain set number
