How to change forum header title

How do you change the forum header title above the forum? All that is on my header is "last post".

From what I could see there, it is the name of the forum. When you create a forum, where it says: Description enter whatever test you want that will describe what that forum is about.

Under fourm manager u can give a title and description for the forum, but this does not change the forum header title.

I am sorry, I am a little bit confused. At the screenshot You provided above there was nothing to be seen about the forum header title.
