Creating Posts through wiki?

Using the modification above, I want the ability for users, when creating an article, to be able to select a forum section. When they submit an article, a new topic is automatically created in the selected forum section that redirects to the wiki article.

Can anyone do this? Thanks

Certainly some people could code this. But they probably won't do it unless they're paid handsomely. You may be better of trying to train your article authors to simply put things in the right places. If they're smart enough to write good articles, they should be smart enough to categorize them.
