Daily Changing Pictures
 

Want to show user's picture on main page, all day long, and then change to random user for the next day.

There are many rotating picture schemes, but none seem to work on a day's rotation, and instead start afresh each and every time a person logs on. I want the same picture to show for everyone that logs on that day, even if they logged on 10x before.

Any ideas as to where to began changing to a random picture at say 00:00:01 ?

Create a Scheduled Task that slects a userid each day, and store it somewhere. The use the stored userid to show the image.
