vb treats potential clients as shit
 

I am interested to buy vb but when I contacted vb for some pre-sale questions you treated me as a shit! So how can you assure me for your good support if I buy it?

how did they do that?

and was it the .com or .org site people that did this to you?


i have never been treated bad by eather staff so i find this hard to believe.

No, I am talking about a ticket I've submitted to them.

We do not deal with tickets here on vBulletin.org so we can not comment on them.

If you feel you have been treated unfair, then please create a new ticket asking for a response of the support manager.
