"help needed for several things on forum and site"

Hello there, i was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me with my site and forum? Me and my other administrator are pretty stuck atm and need help with ftp and putting on arcade and other things to the site too.
We will be willing to pay aswell if we could come to an agreement.
