How to isolate something to just one forum

Ok im trying to add something into the postbit_legacy but i only want it to show in one forum. In the PHP it would look like:

but how would i add that in template mod code? Ive unsuccessfully tried:

<vb:if ($foruminfo[forumid]==1>
