How do I put an ad here?

<a href="http://politicalprops.org/forum/forum.php" target="_blank">My forum</a> is running vBulletin 4, and I want to put an ad aligned rightwards above the forum list. I know there's a template to put an ad between 'Forum' and 'Political Props, but if I aligned it rightwards it would unnecessarily create a gap on the left between those two words.

Does anyone know how I could get an ad over there without creating a gap in the text on the left?
