1) Are you running vBulletin 3.0? If not then why would you need this.

2) Asking others to distribute work they have not created is considered warez.

1. I am running 3.8 but i can make the template changes

2. I am asking if anybody happens to have the mod.

1. vB 3.0 modificaitons will not work on 3.8.

2. As i already replied, only the author can sent you this. Others can not redistribute work of others without original authors permission.
