my theme is not compatible and i don't know where to look

Hello,

i had yesterday customised my theme to the needs of the users.
but know i discoverd that theme is messed up in ie7, and i don't know how to fix it.

are there any people who can direct me in the correct way.

this is my live site. Zeewaterforum

if needed i can post some templates here.
