Big Problem.please Help Us

Y was working in the adminpanel (creating some profile fields) and when y entered the forum y noticed that all the plugins installed didnt work.
The manual templates y edited work but the plugins dont.
The plugin sistem is on the the plugins appera to be working in the admincp.
Wath could be the problem?

Did you disable the plugins via the config.php file? Do you have something similar to this line in there:
