Usergroups..
 
Im trying to figure out how to allow my super mods to change a members usergroup between set groups for example. Allow them to swap any user between banned, moderated, miserable, registered member but not allow them to set anyone to moderator or admin groups.

I just cant figure it out, any of you guys know anything?

Hi, give then a adiccional permissions on user name groups. Go to admincp and Members find your user name and set on adiccional group.
