Code Not Working
 

I had a problem and most is back to working order with the exception of my banner ads.
Could someone please take at look at the code below and maybe tell me why they are not showing up.
They were originally in the top right hand corner and rotated. However, it's not showing anything at all now.
Any help anyone could give would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanking you so much in advance.....
