Well, from what I can see, you would be in a bit of trouble with vBulletin (If it still remains the same as what I think it is, I apologise if not)

It states that the copyright information must be clearly visible in your footer.

This screenshot is what I see. (Ive circled the problem in red)

Please restore the copyright in the footer. Be awarea that the License Agreement states that it must be readible and the color combination you are using now is not readible.

Great domain, the site doesnt look that really great though. You should get a new one designed.

What happens if I post an image I don't own? Do you still take ownership of it?

Does the music group Circa know you now "own" their logo?
