Idea for what's new button

Maybe this could be an idea for a new VB4 mod. I would like that the what's new button display all the news clearly divided. I would like to click the What's new button and see

New thread
New forum posts
New blog
New comments on blogs
New comments on my blog to moderate

and so on?

is this possible in any other way or there should be a new mod to do that?
