Comment issues on my vbulletin

Hello,

I have vbulletin 4.0.1 and I have just realized that people have been unable to post comments on articles on the home page.

I have tested it myself, and after typing a comment and clicking "post comment" it basically refreshes the article page, and the comment is not published and it says "0 comments"

Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?
