xls file into Arcade

Okay I have another little issue I want to see if the gurus can help with. Some of my people have given me an xls file. Now these are no ordinary xls files as is seen by the names, golf.xls. I have checked them out and what they are is flash embedded in excel files. What I would like to do if be able to give these games to my users. Does anyone know of a way to get these files into the "Arcade" section?

Any assistance is appreciated.
