Can I set "can use HTML" setting to no in every forum?

I have quite a few forums on my site and jsut realized they the yall are able to use HTML this was never a problem untill someone wtarted abusing this and now I want to turn it off. Can I turn it off on all forums at once or do i have to go thrugh each and every forum?:
