Error message, can't figure it out...
 
Finally put my board back up and tried setting up the arcade, but I keep getting the following error...

It doesn't look like you gave your username full permissions to modify the database.

It does have full pems, so I'm not sure why it's borked.

Try resaving the permissions. I know on an older version of cPanel, I had to resave the user with all the boxes checked, rather than with just the All Privileges checked. Not sure why.
