Albums are supposed to have pagination right?

In my Vbulletin, when I set the number of albums before pagination, I don't have any options to see the albums beyond that.

For example if I set albums to display 5 before pagination, if I have 10 albums, it will display the latest 5, but there is no way I can see the other 5.

Aren't there supposed to be arrows, pages etc to get to the older ones?

If so did I delete something by accident? Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you.
