Adding A Supported Video Type
 

Is it possible to add a new supported video type like Camtasia Studio, to the codes so that it would work like youtube and the rest of the stock ones?

If you mean what i think you do...
Browsers and media players outside of Camtasia do not have the capability of playing Camtasia files fyi, the files (as you know) need to be converted to a "playable" media type when you render your camrec (or whatever it's called) for the web.

I can post the video tutorials that I do on my site through a link, the player itself does not appear in the thread like youtube does with the player there and the play button in the center of it. I tried adding camtasia studios in the bbcode with the rest of them that are formatted but with now luck. You are correct I have to post them as html, or other types offered when rendering for the web.

You can now save Camtasia videos for youtube.
Will this allow us to then upload them and have them play in the thread?
