Duplicate Meta Titles/Tags
 

I'm just learning the ins and outs of SEO and optimizing my vBulletin for the best results possible. I'm finding that vBulletin creates a lot of Duplicate tags, titles, and descriptions. As far as I know, this is harmful in page ranking algorithms. Is there anyway to help this, or change this, or create a mod to fix this issue?

It may be a stupid question, but I have to ask anyways! :confused:

I don't know of any Duplicate meta titles/tags on my site..

I got PLENTY too!!

Need to get rid of them or you lose your google ranking!
I do not want to lose my place on google first pages!!!

Please someone what is the solution?

Just logged in to Google and All my own content that was duped has gone!

There is still the following which came with the installation:

HTML suggestions
Duplicate meta descriptions

Meta description information can give users a clear idea of your site's content and encourage users to click on your site in the search results pages.
