This hack will redirect guests from pages commonly not accessible by them to a custom message page where they can continue to register or login. There are two version of this Mod. The Lite and Pro version. There are three screen shoots on this posts. The Pro version can be found on our website.

To Install:
1. Upload product via AdminCP -> Product Manager
2. Configure options vBulletin Options -> Guest Redirect System

New Templates
1. custom_gdirect

Database Changes
1. None

Setup Instructions
1. All settings can be found under vBulletin Options -> Guest Redirect System with a brief explanation.

Whats it do?
This modification redirects users from standard error no permission page to a custom one where you can enter more information about your site or product, as well as let registered members login.

Purpose?
Increase conversion rate of guests

Requirements
1. Should work on all vBulletin version in 4.0.x. Tested on vBulletin version 4.0.0, 4.0.1 & 4.0.2 and confirmed working.

Uninstall Instructions
Remove Product using vBulletin Product Manager

I'm a bit confused. I've installed it, logged out and went to a page where guests aren't allowed to go. The only thing I see are the first 2 images as examples, but nothing like the third one. Nor can I see within your instructions to alter the custom message, as the "Guest Redirect System Lite" options only gives re-direct options rather than altering messages or code.

Even without the plugin, altering the message you get at the guest access denied page can easily be altered via the language phrases.

*EDIT:
I see what this plugin is about. Re-directing from and or using specific features. But it still doesn't explain how to alter the text. Would be great to share the info to the third screenshot to re-direct to the register/login page like yours.

We're sorry about the confusion. The third Image that you see is the Pro version and only that version allows you to edit wording. We'll modify our description to prevent confustion.

I took a look at the plugin and don't see why they wouldn't be able to simply edit the custom_gdirect template to modify the wording. That doesn't require the pro version to do.

They just need to modify this:

I found 1 issue due to this addon

When someone click on reply to thread or Add new post on forum page without login
For example here if you click on "Reply to thread"

then it will take you here
http://college-chat-rooms.gradchat.net/gdirect.php
And here if you add login info

Username: harry
Password: limalima

then it will give error

"Page not found"

But if you already logged in by entering username and password from login box and then click on Reply to thread then everything works fine.

I have found that this issue solved after disabling this addon

Now when I disabled this addon then it worked fine.

But for finding the error I had to disable all addons one by one and then enabled the addons. such as VBSEO,Guest Redirection System Professional

I first disabled all these addons and then enabled
Vbseo
Guest Redirection System Professional

But after this I found that my custom page is not shown

But addon is still giving the issue therefore I have to disable this
