Hey, I need my forum working ASAP and can't find fixes for these problems. I would like to hire someone to make these custom changes for me. Since time is of the essence, I will pay very generously. I would also be more than willing to share the custom hacks I pay for with everyone. Here is what I need done:

I was wondering if I could use a $username type of variable in the PM pop up box so that it would say "Hello $Username, You have a new PM!" I tried $username, doesn't work ;) 2. I have the Show Last Thread Title on the forum home page hack installed, and the Forum hack that makes it so you need X amount of posts to post or see a forum. Unforunately if you click on the last thread title in the forum home page, it bypasses the post count check because it uses showthread.php. I need a fix for this as it totally ruins the point of having "need x amount of posts" to see/post in a forum. 3. I have a forum that I only want people with 1000 posts to be able to see. How can I do this? 4. I'd like to have a different header/banner for a certain forum. Is there an easier way to do this instead of making a new style for the forum? Since I change my templates a lot it would be really annoying having to change two templates in two styles all the time. 5. In the meta tags/need X posts to see this forum hack, once you set the amount of posts needed to post a new topic or see the forum, you can't go back and change it. Need this fixed. 6. I'd like mods to be able to bypass the check for x amount of posts hack. 7. When someone posts a poll, in the thread list it says "Poll: (title of poll here)." Where is the "Poll:" text located, in which template? I can't find it. 8. Why do the descriptions of my forums get cut off after a few lines? Weird! 9. In PM's, signatures need to be one more line down, as they apear right after the message body. I tried adding <br>'s to the template, but it doesn't do anything. Need a fix for this. 10. I'd like to be able to set whether or not people can use attachments by forum. So I can turn attachments on/off by forum. 11. I am using an OnLoad= varible in my regular website code. Since the popup code is enabled on my forum, the other popup doesn't work. What is the onload variable for the PM popup? I think I can get it to work by using <body onload="func1();func2()"> or something similiar. That's it for now :) My forum is http://php.stileproject.com/spf and isn't open to my website users yet as it is still beta. I run a huge adult entertainment website that gets over 90,000 unique visitors a day, so the forum does have adult content on it. Just a warning. I am the owner of the company and would be able to fedex a company check the same day the changes are made. Thanks! |
#7- The "Poll:" text is located in the Admin Control panel > Options > Change options. You can also change the text for a moved thread, sticky thread etc..
