How do i remove links in member profiles?

I would like to be able to remove links from member profiles.

Ideally i would like to set it so that only members who have 10 posts can place a link on their member profile.

This is required to stop spammers.

Can VB do this out of the box?

If not - does anyone know a hack which does this (i have looked but can't find one)?

I am using Vbulletin 3.8.4
