please help, i been racking my brains
 
im trying to turn this into a clickable banner..can you please help me out..im going nuts here..lol also if you could explain to me in slow term how you did it it be great..lol im not a pc genius if you cant tell

You cant turn a GOOGLE mail image into a banner !!!!

Download it, upload via ftp, call it via img path and do the correct html code:
