Well, you need to give us:
1) A copy of the database error
2) What error you are receiving.

Can't help you. And nobody will pay money for fixing a simple db error.

<a href="https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=237224" target="_blank">https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=237224</a>

reference thread, its to the point where I am ready to throw some serious money to have it fixed. If it's a simple vB error, I am willing to pay just the same if it was something serious.

So, just do what ChopSuey told you to do. Keep repairing and optimising the database until the errors stop.

btw, since no message code is appearing, is the connection username, password and name of db correct in the ./includes/config.php file as stated in the MySQL Database Manager?

Nobody will need money to solve a simple problem.

I can't get onto the vB because it shows up as a database error. Otherwise I would just keep repairing and optimizing.

You can repair your databases in your server control panel, under MySQL database manager.

I've tried to repair the vBulletin database in the cpanel and it didn't yield any results.

What modifications were you making to your forum prior to getting the error?

leftwich86 03-03-2010 06:45 PM

we were getting small MySQL errors when you went to random parts of the site.

so in vB we did "repair/optimize files" and every since then we've been getting that MySQL error completely making our forum inaccessible

Do you remember the exact errors that you were getting?

I can have a look for you if you want.
