Ignore List counter

Does anyone have a suggestion to add a counter to the ignore list. I would like to show the number of people ignoring each member. What I want is to add the following "I am being ignored by ____ people" below the members name.

Anyone have any suggestions.

Would also be interested in this... extra credit if you could see who was ignoring who.
