Show option to resend confirmation e-mail?
 
I have a lot of users who don't get their confirmation e-mail (treated as spam, etc.).

Is there a mod that shows an option to resend the confirmation e-mail?

You can resend it from the user profile in the AdminCP (dropdown menu in top).

But the real solution would be for the users to configure their mail so it doesn't go to their spam box.

It automatically re-sends the activation email via cron job ;)

Sorry if this sounds stupid, but what is cron job?

A "cronjob" is the unix term for a scheduled task.
