Inventory Chart..is this possible?

I was hoping this may be possible or already out there?

I have an internal forum for a large company just for employees

The Purpose would be to take inventory of multiple locations

I would like to have a page where users can input or check from mutliple model#'s their stores certain inventory and it updates on a page with a master list of about 30 locations

Is something like this possible? Maybe using "Form Hack"...I already use that for a checkbox order form of supplies
