FORCE Vote on Poll

Simple mod, that when the user views the site next time, a pop up in the middle of the page says..

"We have put up a new important poll on our site, please take a moment to vote on it!"

It would grab the latest poll from the specified forum(s)

If poll has expired, no more pop ups. Also option to make only certain usergroup have the pop ups :)

Please develop this, if you need anything else or other info/testing , ask me.
