Footer and Header gaps

Okay so I'm currently working in the "Default Style" does anyone know how to get rid of the gaps?

I can't seem to find the code anywhere, I know that the footer is 10px away from the browsers footer.

Any ideas?

From my experience, there's always a gap there. Since there are different codes in that section. I'm not sure how to get rid of it though.
