Register button still showing after logged in? Help please

Ok so, whenever someone log's in, it still says "Register" in the navbar.

Does anyone know the fix to this? I would greatly appreciate your help.

AdminCP --- Vbulletin Options ------------User Registration

Allow Multiple Registrations Per User - set this to NO

should be fixed
