How do I alter Category Headers

The very first category on a vB forum has that little forum header above it that says forum, Last Post and Threads and Posts. I want to alter the width of all the main category headers to the same size at that one. How do I do that? I appreciate all the help someone can give.

Category Slips.

You can add a custom background etc.

Go to Styles and Templates. The selector tool to Main CSS, and CTRL+F Category Slips. Change and click save.
