Friends Chat
 

I remember a while back, many years ago, a certain chat mod that used a popup that displayed those who were logged in.

You would click on the username of who you wanted to chat with and another popup came up. You type your message and the message popup would disappear. The other user would get a popup with your message.

When the other user replied then you would get a popup with that other user's reply.

My members loved this thing and used it a lot. They never did take to liking the IRC server I set up or the HTML chats and other chats I tried out. Just this one they really liked.

With the new system of friends and groups in vB I think it would be great to integrate something like this for others in your friends list/user group.

If any modders out there would like to know more about this to create a new one please let me know. I would really like to get this type of chat going again.
